Enjoyed my stay overall, staff were friendly, but the breakfast options left something to be desired. Hoping for improvements in that area for future visits!

Simple but a nice location to stay. Spacious and adequate.

The location is great with nice view however the room is super rundown with no AC in the room at all. The only plus point of this hotel is the view of the mount batur and the lake are right in front of your room. I would never return to this place again.

Was amazing

The rooms smelt like sewer constantly, so we left the balcony door open constantly. The bathroom and toilet were dirty, sink was clogged, there was mold and stains everywhere. The view was magnificent though and the food, especially the fish, very good.

The hotel is old and scary, the staff are also not friendly, even though the view is good, it's a shame it's not well maintained, we've already booked a room and immediately looked for another hotel to replace it.

The room I stayed in had some tall plants in front of it, so I wouldn't say it had a perfect lake view. I had dinner at the restaurant, which had a few types of alcohol and the food was cheap and satisfying. I was able to enjoy breakfast at my leisure while overlooking the lake, which was also satisfying. Although there were still some small flies that got in, the room was generally clean and I was satisfied.

The hotel smells fishy and even though the view is good, there are lots of flies, the atmosphere is mystical, the rancid smell of the room keys is not safe, the smell of too many offerings

The price was low, so we didn't have one of the best rooms (old sink at the entrance with only cold water...hot water in the shower, room without AC (but being in the mountains, we didn't have one need....)not recently renovated Magnificent view of the Batur Volcano caldera and the lake Good buffet breakfast on a terrace with an exceptional panoramic view, I came back for the 2nd time to this hotel 10 years later and I recommend...

A hotel with a simply stunning view, but unfortunately that's where its advantages end. Needs renovation, rooms are old, services are expensive. I don't recommend it.
