I chose Hilton Garden Inn Kuanzhai Alley for my first business trip to Chengdu. I really want to praise it. From the service to the room to the breakfast, everything is very good. First of all, the check-in was very smooth. The front desk sister Xiaoxue was very gentle and patient. When we arrived, it was quite late and said that the room was full tonight, so we were arranged on the 2nd floor. We said that we could move to a higher floor the next day. After sleeping for a night, I felt that it was quite clean, so I didn’t bother to change the room. Although the front desk called me the next day to ask if I needed to change the room, they were very concerned about the guests’ feelings. The room was clean and tidy. When the curtains were drawn, I didn’t know whether it was day or night. The air conditioner was not noisy, and the dry and wet separation was automatic. The toilet was automatically opened and flushed, which was very comfortable. There were many varieties of breakfast, whether hot dishes or freshly cooked fruits, I felt that I couldn’t eat them all. This hotel is less than ten minutes’ walk from Kuan Alley. There are also many restaurants and specialty stores around. It can be said that it is a very cost-effective hotel👍
