The location of the hotel is very amazing, near all the good attractions. However, being a vegetarian, I wasn’t able to find good breakfast in the hotel.

It was great stay in the heart of Baku. Great location and great service . Stuff at the Reception were super friendly and helpful- big thanks. Highly recommended Hotel

The experience staying at Promenade Baku was great. The executive room was very spacious. International Breakfast was served with fruits n nuts. Staff was very friendly. Location was perfect.

Everything about the hotel was great except the towels in the room were so old that some were threaded and were so hard to use

The room was nicely raised, some rooms had no windows, and it was very close to the Maiden Tower. Very convenient. Baku is very beautiful, suitable for citywalk. The view from upstairs was superb.

Beautiful environment, rich breakfast, convenient travel, the hotel is opposite the sea, the old town is nearby, the Maiden Tower is near the hotel, and there is a food street nearby

It was very nice and really great. The location was great and the hotel restaurant was really delicious. The staff was always polite and very helpful. I really enjoyed it there.

The loud music from the neighboring rooms and the restaurant outside is too loud. The front desk is also very small and uninteresting. The smell from the bathroom in the room is unbearable. It is said to be a 5-star hotel, but 3.5 is the best it can be. There are many state-of-the-art hotels in Baku, so it would be better to think carefully.

It’s not a Five Star Hotel in my opinion it’s a 3 Star Hotel It’s tired and desperately needs refurbishment,the location of the hotel is very good ,and if you wish you can take the hop on hop off buss near the Roundabout The staff at the hotel is excellent they are there to make your life pleasant and we found them sincere and helpful

Ignore the bad reviews and give it a go. I wasn't expecting too much because of the reviews but honestly we really enjoyed our stay. The location is spot on for the old town and promenade, plus right next to the four seasons where we enjoyed a cocktail. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs or omelettes cooked to order. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom could certainly do with an update and there is a fair bit of noise from the road so recommend earplugs. It's an easy stroll to lots of restaurants and bars and we enjoyed a nightcap in the rooftop bar. Staff were all really friendly and helped us get a taxi to the airport. Would absolutely return.

The hotel was excellent with all the facilities being great specially the location which is but a few minutes walk from every tourist spot. Standing right across the Caspian Sea, the view is a pleasure to watch from the balcony. But Kamal the manager along with his team of Camilia, Salem, Sarhan and Afet to name a few, made it an exceptional holiday for me. Their efficiency in handling any ask was fantastic not to mention their attitude, politeness and pleasantness. The icing on the cake (literally) was my birthday being celebrated by them! Thank you so much Team Promenade and wish you'll the best :)

The location of the hotel is good, rooms are a bit small, housekeeping staff are good, reception staff know English, the boulevard is right in front, old city right behind but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast staff. Very sorry to see customer being treated so badly. You ask for omelettes, you have to wait one hour, you go at 9 am on Sunday and they say sorry food is not available (crepe was over by 8:45 am). You complain on one day and on the next day, more food is not available , even fruits disappear. Sickening mentality . The sad part was even after complaining to the reception, the treatment the next day became worse. Very disappointed with the hotel. Go here only if you are booking only the room without breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel from 6th June to 11th June. Its comfortable hotel, good sleep quality, neat and clean, near Nizami, facing Sea, small shop for buying daily use things very near by. Only negative is the breakfast is monotonous every day, very small changes. It can be improved to add Indian items as a lot of Indians are visiting Baku. Recommended

Location is very good but staff is not available all the time booked a hotel for a couple and they joined 2 separate beds, kept requesting to change it for 2 days and then they changed the room.AC was not functioning properly and when registered the complaint they said technician will come in the morning only.. it was so suffocating in the room and later they said it can’t be change you switch off the AC if you want to keep your room cold as we have done winter settings ( in MAY ) . Hot water doesn’t come in a tap. Overall not good experience
