The staff are super friendly and helped me upgrade my room to a better one. The location is good and there's a shopping mall right across the road. The building looks nice as well. The room is simple, yet it's clean and finely decorated.

The room is very large, has lots of sunshine, and is mainly pet-friendly. This is great! All the staff and the cleaning lady I met were very friendly and would help solve any problems in a timely manner. The room is very quiet if the windows are closed. It doesn't feel noisy. It is newly renovated and there is no smell. I particularly like the bathtub and its location. The bathtub is very large and super comfortable. It is very comfortable to soak in and enjoy the view. The main view is quite good and is not blocked by tall buildings. , Kaiyang~ Overall very satisfied with my stay!

I’m very dissatisfied. You can’t even sleep at night if you stay in this hotel. The KTV and guest rooms are on the first floor. They sang until three or almost four in the morning. It felt like the floor was vibrating. It was impossible to sleep. The sound insulation effect was so bad. It's very bad. If you want to check in, be prepared not to sleep at night.

L’hôtel est super pour le prix . La chambre était magnifique et grande avec des immenses fenêtres vitrées et une belle vue sur la zone commerciale . Le seul problème c’est quand je suis arrivée pour le check- in entre 18h30et 19h le 27.08 le garçon était très désagréable impolie ne dit pas bonjour vous accueille comme de la merde et montre carrément que tu n’es pas la bienvenue lorsque je lui ai demandé s’il parlait anglais. Et même sil y a la barrière de la langue en tant que réceptionniste il peut s’excuser en utilisant un traducteur par exemple . Vraiment ce garçon mérite une baffe dans sa gueule . La fille en revanche était très aimable et serviable, elle essayer de rattraper les conneries de son collègue et j’ai beaucoup aimé sa sympathie même si elle ne parlait pas anglais elle était disponible et au moins prend la peine d’aider le client. 服務很熱情，睡眠質量不太好害怕晚上樓下唱歌會吵。提前和小姐姐商量一下幫忙免費升級了房型，安排這個房間挺安靜的，謝謝

房間很大光線很好，隔音效果不錯，還提供了一次性防噪音耳塞，窗簾遮光性特別好，休息得不錯。下次過來這邊玩再來入住

性價比很高，很老式的歐式復古風，酒店很大有很多車位省了一筆停車費，房間很乾凈寬敞很安靜

衞生：衞生還不錯 設施：設施挺齊全 環境：整體乾淨整潔 服務：住的比較晚了，沒有體驗到 幫朋友定的，位置挺好找，對面就是商場，停車場管理員會輕自開車門，這個挺不錯

酒店離地鐵站商場的聽近的，出行玩很方便，樓下就有廣式早茶，服務員都很熱情，房間很大很安靜

床品很舒適，定了無窗房配的中央空調也很透氣舒適，白天挺安靜的，晚上也還好沒聽到樓下唱歌聲音
