The staff were amazing and could not have been more helpful. There was a very nice breakfast laid on for us in the morning and it was plentiful to say the least.
Only issue was that the wi fi was poor and there didn’t seem to be anyway of improving this especially if you need it for work as we did.
It seemed to only just be getting up and running though so I’m sure these factors will be ironed out.
Good value for money I’d say

The staffs were very helpful.the accommodation conditions was poor.rooms smells and very hot.the AC was noisy.
I recommend the locations.

We stayed for one night only, the room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was also great and very closecto good restaurants and shops. Not sure if it was close to any bus/tram station though. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

Chambre économique Standart : voilages et draps de bain déchirés, parquet stratifié abîmé, parking devant l’hôtel mais dans la rue ( surveillance par caméra), buffet petit déjeuner très correct, personnel sympathique

Best hotel in the town with reasonable price, i spent 2 days there it was just perfect. The location of the hotel can not be better , in the city center where every thing is accessible. The hotel was perfectly clean and fresh looked. If i come to visit Mersin in the future for sure i will chose this hotel agian.
