"It is a terrible place! Filthy and stinky! Everything is broken, bed is dirty and has burnt holes from cigarettes. Hair from previous guests. To say that the bathroom was dirty - not to say anything! It was disgusting! Don’t look at the pictures on the site, they are absolutely different! All I want to say is don’t go there! We have paid the full price for 15 days, booked it based on pics and reviews through Ostrovok. When we saw the place, we were shocked! And asked to return money, they said to do it through Ostrovok. Well now all Ostrovok is saying is that the hotel has refused to return the money!! We are very disappointed as staying at that hotel would have been a disgrace! So the hotel and Ostrovok are both not decent!"

"We are staying in this hotel for 2 days. From the moment we enter the hotel, we have more pleasure to have all our staff, especially the receptionist Seda, who welcomes us with kindness and smiles, and then enjoys our holidays. It was very meaningful in the layer. It was very pleasant to watch the city's magical lights from our incredible balcony at night, especially as the family rooms were very large. It is now on a new address in Mersin district, which we frequently visit. We're thinking that it'll be nice to have an Anemon hotel."

When we contacted the reception, they stated it was due to high demand. We couldn't use hot water in the evening or morning. Apart from that, everything was great."
