Super super super hotel.
Recommend to everyone.
Would definitely go back.
Traveled as a couple and booked for two nights.
Would have liked to stay longer, but the next stop in Antalya was already waiting.

My wife and I came to Mersin for a holiday because of the holiday and we decided to stay at the Nobel Hotel. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. An hour after we checked in, the cleaning staff entered the room. We called the reception and expressed our reaction, but not a single staff member apologized for the situation. When we arrived at the hotel on the second day of our stay, I went to the reception to get a new card because we lost our room card. The receptionist, my bellboy, said that he could accompany me and open the room with a master card. When I told him that I might lose my card and requested a new card, he said that even if I give this card or lose this one, we will be responsible to the management. I liked everything except the amenities. The room was clean and the bathroom was okay. The mattress was really good so I slept very well! Breakfast is delicious too! They have a lot of variety and they even make omelettes. The staff are not very good at English, but they are friendly. I had a great time all 5 nights!

The service was good, the suitcases were immediately picked up and brought to the room. Everywhere is clean and comfortable. Turkish breakfasts, omelette is fried in front of you with whatever you choose. We chose a small room, 1 double and 1 single, there were four of us, including a small daughter, so we all fit in without an extra folding bed, without paying extra for a girl. And 3 weeks after leaving, I remembered that I left a hard drive with a family archive and an Apple mouse in a box in my room, I came back, everything was returned. Great, I think. @semenmainsky

The hotel was generally good but I think the price was high for a hotel in the middle of the city with no sea view and And you are exposed to Street noises. The hotel is clean but one of the annoying things in my room was the refrigerator's light. It had a glass door and all the light was filling the room and was not turning off.

Very well located near the shoping area and the sea, we were very pleased with our choice staying here . Clean room and bathroom, well equipped , nice staff, breakfast is various and good, they have a very nice cafe where you can serve some delicious local deserts . Good prices, highly recommending it
