Açıkçası bir arkadaşımız bu otelden yer ayırtınca pek beklediğim gibi bir otel olamayacağını düşünmüştüm. Ama Merada Suit Otel beni çok fazlasıyla yanılttı. Her şeyden önce otel oldukça merkezi bir konumda. Mersin Mezitli İlçesinde ancak Mersin'in her yerine ulaşım sağlanabiliyor. Merada otel; otelden fazlası aslında. 9 katlı idi sanırım. 4. kattan itibaren denizi görebiliyorsunuz. Sabah denize karşı uyanmak harika bir şey. Otel personeli olağan üstü kibar ve misafirperver. İşlerini profesyonelce yapıyorlar. Tabi bunun arkasındaki profesyonel otel yönetimini organize eden Otel Müdürü Çiğdem hanımı görmezden gelemezsiniz. İşini son derece başarılı yapıyor. İnanın burada rahatsız olabileceğiniz hiç bir şeyin olmasına izin verilmiyor.Müşteri memnuniyeti çok üst düzeyde ve bunu tüm personel içselleştirmiş. Karşılaştığınız her personel sizinle selamlaştıktan sonra ”Bir arzunuz var mı?”, ”Sizin için yapabileceğim bir şey var mı?” diye sormadan geçmiyor. Biz 7 aile 4 gece konakladık. konakladığımız suitler bir yatak odası, salon+mutfak, 2 banyo, 2 wc ve geniş bir antreden oluşuyordu. Odalarda büyük ekran LED TV, kettle, Büyük boy buzdolabı, çamaşır ve bulaşık makinası, koltuk takımı, yemek masası, mutfak tezgahı standart donamım olarak sizleri bekliyor. Bir de lüks suitler varmış ama biz onları görmedik. Suit oda büyüklüğü sanırım 60-80 metrekare civarında. 3-4 kişi rahatlıkla konaklayabilir. Otel kahvaltısı menüsü Avrupa ve Türk damak zevklerine göre seçilmiş. Ürün yelpazesi oldukça geniş ve kaliteli. Dilerseniz otel şeflerinden sizin için öğlen ve akşam yemeği hazırlamasını isteyebilirsiniz. Tabi bunun için gün içinde önceden bilgi vermelisiniz. Biz 16 kişilik yılbaşı akşam yemeği sipariş etmiştik. Mezelerimiz ve yemeklerimiz son derece güzel hazırlanmıştı ve gece boyunca başarılı bir şekilde servis edildi. Otelin geneli çok ince bir özenle dekore edilmiş. Bunu dikkatli bir göz hemen fark edebiliyor. Otelin gecelik fiyatı, kalite ve performansına göre oldukça hesaplı. Mersine yolu düşen herkese şiddetle tavsiye edebilirim.

Two stars as the cleanliness is good otherwise would have been zero, however the rooms are literally joined to the next room. Each room has a connecting room that is very thin even the snoring from next door could be heard. Somebody was talking on a video call in the next room and again as no soundproofing was woken up to that. We returned in an evening after a walk along the coastline and the room was very hot even though I turned the ac on. After having a shower which I thought would help and cool me down my face had visible sweat drops Running down my face even though the ac was on. I called the reception and informed them so he fiddled with something sitting at his desk and within 30 seconds the ac actually blasted cold air. How ridiculous I had to call reception at midnight who turned it on from there end absolutely pathetic you would have thought the guest would have the option to turn it up or down. That was the first night let’s see how the rest go on. For me first impressions count and I honestly can’t see myself returning to this hotel ever again. The fridge is pathetically overflowing with alcohol that we asked to be removed as we do not drink.

My stay at hilton mersin was fantastic. All of the staff was proffesional & polite but specially Miss Cansu at reception was very helpful & polite. Food at restaurent Ichelle was delicious. Staff at restaurent was exellent but Mr Burak was exceptionally fantastic. Overall a good stay. ❤️

we rent the suite , a stylish 1 bed 1 livingroom apart, full seaview and very stylish ,the room was absolut perfectly. we payed low season 50e in high season maybe double. very worth the money. modern hotel with good facilitys ,citycenter, beac h is 2km

Hello there! My name is Erik Mustafin. My Ref: 05461798 I have to say that I had enough patience but now I'm sick of it. First of all, I was cheated by your hotel in Mersin. How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.

The location of the hotel is a little biased. In the industrial park near the port, you can take the bus No. 12 from the long-distance passenger station. It arrives at 8 am. The front desk will check in in advance. The service attitude is particularly good. Overall, it is very similar to the economic hotel near Guangzhou Airport. Temporary over-reach is still possible

We found this hotel in Mersin, where I was first gone, in a hurry. Firstly, it is in a bad location. When you asked the shop around you could answer ”the rooms are not a dress”. When we went to the hotel, the room left for us wasn't cleaned yet they took us to another room and perhaps one room for one person, then one room was available. inside. The clothes' phone flows without any break, what they put on is shampanya, your hair is cloudy, the box's cover is not closed, etc... We said we would leave them all aside and have a nice breakfast when it's morning, but what is possible . Absolutely disappointment. The cooking in the buffet was cold, very little, something we could eat in that small buffet but impossible was also cleaning tables. If you were to work, you might prefer this place alone than Mersin, but with your family, I say don't stay here with your wife.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. Plus: a spacious room with a cleverly accommodated air conditioning, a spacious shower, excellent hot water in it. A nice design of the room, a mini refrigerator and teapot. Comfortable beds, although the sold mattresses are found. Good Turkish breakfast. Staff quickly solves all issues. The two-bedroom room cost us 500 lira a day. From nearby hotels the best price/quality ratio. Defects: Located near the port in the dirty quarter, around the poor Arab neighborhoods. To the center is far on foot. There is no coffee on breakfast. Near the taxi parking lot, a bunch of cars with sleeping drivers. I estimate the price and quality ratio.

Elif Hatun Konagi is a unique boutique hotel. It is housed in a centuries-old building with character, in the center of Tarsus near touristic sites. The halls are decorated in a chic-retro style and the two courtyards are enchanting. You feel like you are transported in another era. Each room is named after a sultan mother and is decorated beautifully. The room was also spacious and super clean. We had the ”Hurrem Sultan” room, which included a Turkish hammam. This was so much better than the ordinary hotel bathroom! We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. On top of being delicious, the meals were affordably-priced! Finally, the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. If it was possible, I would give 6 stars to this hotel. Thank you, Elif Hatun Konagi! : )

I fell in love with these hotels immediately. I love stylish boutique hotels. Decoration in Ottoman style, even rooms have no numbers only names of sultans and sultans. Wood floor, not laminate or tiles, wooden finishes, windows. The most important thing is that the hotel is located in the very centre. I immediately got a map with a tour destined for a tour that is exactly the same as what I intended to visit. I definitely recommend !!
