I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. When we went to the hotel, the room left for us wasn't cleaned yet they took us to another room and perhaps one room for one person, then one room was available. inside.
