Great location if traveling to venice often but cant feel very safe at night. Located near a huge supermarket, can kill time before check in at 3pm

The hotel service was terrible! I left at 10:00 in the morning and forgot my cell phone charger cable at the hotel. P.S.: original iPhone 15 cable, an expensive cable! I returned to the hotel the same day at 5:30 in the afternoon to get my cable back, but when I got there I was told that they couldn't do anything, that the hotel's items were in a drawer that the cleaning staff would take the key to... They asked me to return to the hotel in the morning, but my flight back home was at night, which was impossible. I wonder how a hotel acts like this, it's absurd, I couldn't get an item that I left in the room... There's no such thing, and they were super rude and didn't care about solving the problem, nor were they willing to find a solution, absurdly rude. Long story short, I traveled without my cable, I had to lose out on buying another one.

The hotel is not really near Mastre station (need to walk 10mins), can't check in early, however can there are free storage space which can put down the luggage.

In terms of location, it is a bit farther from the station than other hotels. There is a very cheap supermarket 150 meters diagonally opposite it. If you want to buy cheaper and fresher food, there is a super big one 500 meters away. See the picture for yourself.
