A wonderful hotel in a magical location with the kindest staff I have ever met in all depar**ents..Panagiotis at the reception, Frederiki at the spa reception, Anna and Natalia at the hotel shop, the cleaning girls, the smiling faces in the bar and restaurant...Great breakfast, big and hearty portions in the restaurant and a great view to relax and unwind...

It was our second stay at Grand Forest. The hotel is very beautiful as well as the rooms. What I really liked was the breakfast and the countless options it had as well as the room service food. Reception staff very good. Spa satisfactory. Great experience truffle hunting. Now let's get to the negatives. This trip was for my birthday and the hotel didn't do anything, we even had to ask for a sweet with a candle in the restaurant and considering we wasted a lot of money for 3 nights, this was very disappointing. In Milan in a 5-star hotel that was much more economical, we were brought to our room a very nice surprise. It is insignificant but it is very important for customers to feel valued. Then during breakfast I went to the buffet and asked the lady working there if I could order 2 coffees. He replied that he would come to the table to order and left to the kitchen cursing because he was obviously annoyed with the question while I was right outside and heard everything!!!!!!For me that was a big shame.

Bad service. Bad experience. Don't visit the spa it's not worth it. The only good thing was the restaurant. The lobby smelled bad and the room was unbearably hot. The staff was not helpful.

The hotel is located at a point from where it offers an idyllic view, in the middle of nature with excellent facilities. The spaces are amazing, starting from the lobby where guests can relax enjoying the warm a**osphere combined with the unique view. On the menu you can find a wide variety of drinks, cocktails, as well as spirits. In addition, the fireplace gives a wonderful a**osphere and extra warmth to the space. The hotel is divided into levels, to which the staff will guide you on your arrival. As for the rooms, they are perfect. Spacious, warm, with comfort and luxury. The hotel also has a spa with an indoor pool, which only accepts hotel residents by reservation and this is also a plus. The indoor pool has an excellent view and the place is warm and also comfortable. However, it also has an outdoor pool for the summer months. The hotel also has a restaurant, Metsovo 1350 m., which in the morning functions as a breakfast room. It also has an excellent view with glass windows and a warm a**osphere. The tables have an excellent arrangement with a beautiful and romantic mood. The dishes are inspired and delicious. We chose manouri salad, handmade potato gnocchi, veal fillet and for dessert galaktobourek with mango ice cream. All the dishes were excellent and well thought out, with the exception of the salad which did not excite us so much. The breakfast, which as I mentioned above is served in the same room, is rich with several traditional flavors on the buffet, healthy options and fresh juices. In closing, I would like to mention that the staff treats the customer with absolute professionalism and courtesy. The grand forest is an ideal choice for rest, comfort and relaxation in the midst of nature. I would definitely visit again.
