Terrible service. Got a call before we even got there to request a credit card deposit in case our kids 'broke' their things, even though the booking was all adults and no kids. Have never had this happen even on pricier and nicer places that we've stayed at.
Also was told not to use their kitchen for cooking curry or seafood - when asked what we were 'allowed' to cook, we were advised 'steak only'.
Called us up multiple times across the day to check when we were arriving, when it wasn't even close to the time for reception to close.
Honestly, spend your money elsewhere.

Property was nice but the staff at reception was so rude and unwelcoming.
They could be a little more courteous and welcome guests with a smile on the face rather than showing unnecessary artifice/straight face responses.
With better staff response for future visits, will recommend property else not.

We immediately felt descriminated as soon as we arrived in the unit unloading our bags and the lady manager followed us questioning how many are staying when we already told her and registered 4 people. We find Metung a very friendly and beautiful place and unfortunately this particular place made you feel you’re not welcome. I think she’s in a wrong type of business. I even called her and she hung up on me. What a disgrace. Definitely not recommending this place.

Absolutely disgraceful manager Juanita. She abused me verbally over the phone when I contacted regarding bond return. Then proceeded to send me messages calling me a pig. From other reviews it appears this is common behaviour from her.

We were delighted with the welcome and simple 2 bedroom unit we booked online. We only wished we had longer so plan to return. Certainly recommend this accomodation and location to others

Had a relaxing stay. Property is well kept and clean. Great heated pool and beautiful surroundings.
