"Overall, we were pleasantly surprised. Excellent service. Answered phone instantly when I requested a late check in and made arrangements for that to happen. Great location on hill overlooking water and waterside park. Unit, balcony, BBQ and pool area well maintained and clean. Pool was heated but did not get a chance to swim as went to nearby hot springs instead. Had blinds to block out the sun and also some nice sheer curtains. Furniture was good quality and tasteful with attractive and interesting wall decorations, including hanging plants. Room was large with a dining table and a coffee table. Bed was comfortable. 2 types of black tea, coffee and milk provided. Easy access private parking out the back."
