"Don’t ever book them! They are robbery and rude! They charged us 30 AUD at the desk for late check in at 19:00. Here is the conversation (roughly): Staff: Late check in after 5 pm will be charged for 30 dollars. Me: Why? No one told us. Me: You didn’t put it on your Terms and Conditions. I don’t know it. Staff: Yes it’s not in the T&C but we emailed you. Me: When? Staff: Yesterday afternoon. (Looking for emails) Me: Yes, it’s at 4pm and we are travelling whole days, is that an effectiveness notice? Staff: Yes, we emailed you. I was in great shock and speechless. Staff later asked: What are you gonna do now? Pay?"

"Overall, we were pleasantly surprised. Excellent service. Answered phone instantly when I requested a late check in and made arrangements for that to happen. Great location on hill overlooking water and waterside park. Unit, balcony, BBQ and pool area well maintained and clean. Pool was heated but did not get a chance to swim as went to nearby hot springs instead. Had blinds to block out the sun and also some nice sheer curtains. Furniture was good quality and tasteful with attractive and interesting wall decorations, including hanging plants. Room was large with a dining table and a coffee table. Bed was comfortable. 2 types of black tea, coffee and milk provided. Easy access private parking out the back."

"It's quite far from Lakes Entrance in the city, but the house was still very comfortable. Since we were checking in late, the hotel said they sent a message to our phone, but we couldn't receive it for a long time. We had to call several times before we finally received check-in instructions outside of business hours."

"The room is very large, a duplex apartment, clean and sanitary, with thoughtful details. There is a high-pressure faucet in front of the door to easily clean the car passing through the sandy and gravelly ground. It is 50 meters away from the pier, with many black swans and black water birds. The pelicans at the top of the 100-meter peninsula come early to feed. It is the best choice for a leisure vacation!"
