Arrived early and was greeted by a lovely festive reception and staff who immediately offered to look after my baggage until a room was available. When check in came it was so easy, no problems at all and quickly off to a functional and well-equipped room. This is an old building but that is not a criticism, just context if you are expecting large rooms etc but if you want enough space, every amenity you would want for a couple of days and a cozy sanctuary at the end of the day this is a great location. It is across the street from the train station, easy to get to and easy to get to the center of the town and the attractions - it just felt like staying in a large home - nothing over-the-top but clean, well maintained and everything you would need, including friendly and helpful staff - I enjoyed my stay here.

It's a very simple self service Hotel in the City Centre. It looks a little bit like a Hospital. When we phoned, the person on the phone didn't speak English. Later the Woman of the reception spoke perfectly English. You can check-in until 8.00 pm. Later is possible, but you have to phone. Then they give you the codes of the door en safe with your key. The Breakfast costs €12,- and thats to expensive for so a simple Breakfast.

We were stranded at the Metz Ville railway station today with our booked accommodation failing to email our accommodation address. By accident I stumbled across the Campanile Hotel, 3 minutes from the station. From the moment I walked in the staff were so helpful, kind and empathetic to our situation. They served us tea, allowed access to their Wifi and sitting area so we could try and resolve our situation. We couldn’t so booked a room- clean, comfortable beds, a lovely fresh room and bathroom; more than adequate for our needs. And a very reasonable price. But the staff were superb! Nothing was too much trouble- they tried to source tours and answered a multitude of questions. Special mention must be made of Fativa- an absolute gem! So kind, so caring and so patient. Her dinner recommendation was fabulous! Campanile Hotel saved our day!

The hotel is a very new and very well managed by a sympathetic team of very devoted young receptionists including Rachid who welcomed us very well. The reception is open 24h/24. The rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. The only point to improve is the synthetic toilet boxes that are very bad.

Arrival; welcome with stay fee to pay for 2 nights, it makes mesh to attract tourists. Room: excellent cleanliness leather very good litter, TV sympas, WiFi ok, nice very clean bathroom with toilet lingerie and shower gel small delicate touch with full tea plate WC is not closed because it is delayed. Super sympas shape redressing room with bike muscle bank and a superb open race tape all day free access Excellent cleaning team, very efficient and super discreet. Very fun and efficient host team Excellent breakfast team, very laughing and efficient. The hotel is a 20-metre restaurant with Karaoke DJ. PS You must book the tables in advance because otherwise it is blinded by world. Except for the small disturbances above, this is a very good establishment. If you have to give him a note I will give him 18/20 . Thanks to the entire team for your dedication.

Petit immeuble très propre. Studio avec balcon simple mais propre et calme. Bien équipé. Bon emplacement avec forêt à proximité et piste cyclabe.

The whole Dadong District is definitely one of the best. Very good hotel, there are slippers, you can also find a toothbrush at the front desk, this is rare in France, downstairs is a good blocking field, there is a natural hot spring 200m outside, driving 1 hour to Germany 🇩🇪, quite recommended. First choice every time you come to the East.

Over the years we have stayed here on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed. The hotel rooms are nice and spacious and the ”privilege” rooms are even better. The service is great, staff are really nice. A few years ago we had one little complaint and is was handled so gracefully, that we always will keep returning. Needless to say maybe, but is also happens to be one of the most beautiful buildings in France and in a nice town.
