Great hotel to stay

Clean and tidy. The location is also good, free parking

夫妻自駕，住進有免費停車離老城區十幾分鍾車程的阿斯ACE連鎖酒店，很滿意。高速公路邊上，但關了窗沒有噪音，周邊不像是商業或居民區，但旁邊有超市。酒店人員很友好，房間乾淨。

Pas mal

The hotel is new and tidy, rooms have classical planning and all the things you'd expect for a 3* hotel. There is also a big and free parking lot, and the staff helpfull and friendly. BUT There were almost no sound insulation in our room. I was listening for others talking by a phone, using WC and a shower, discussing something in a corridor... You should eother fall asleep as late as possible or use earplugs. THE BREAKFAST The breakfast was one of the worst i have ever saw. The only hot meal was an egg one can boil in the boiler by themselves. Bowls for corn flakes were that tiny that it was difficult to use a spoon with it. 1/4 of the whole assortiment was eaten-out till 8:30 and i was told that those won't be refilled for some reasons. Bad coffee, average croissants, cold pancakes. Just skip it and drive to McDonalds, it was just a shame.

Could this be the hardest hotel in the world to find? SatNav had us going round in circles. I'll give you a clue, it's hidden behind the Harley-Davidson showroom. Once there it was fine. Clean, modern hotel with half-decent breakfast. Mettis bus stop to downtown was a short walk from the hotel.

I did book because they have private parking But what happened they did scratch my car I tried to explain.i wanted to know what happened. But it seems that don’t care. They don’t respond very disappointed ☹️ Rasim needs more training… Not good enough to manage a business

It is a brand new hotel and very well managed by a friendly team of very dedicated young receptionists including Rachid who made us very welcome. The Reception is open 24 hours a day. The rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. The only point to improve are the synthetic material towels which wipe very poorly. Too bad: The provision of pure cotton towels would have amply justified our rating of 5/5.
