Sleep Inn chain hotel, okay. Even though the hardware facilities are a bit outdated, the check-in experience was good and communication at the front desk was no problem. . .

This is a pleasant and almost complete place...excellent attention and good service. I will be back soon and my stay will be extended to 7 days.

Let me tell you about my experience. I arrive at 1130pm after flying all day and am told, no reservation, reservation cancelled, and no rooms. Needless to say I'm not to happy to have to wander around Ensenada, much less somewhat scared to be looking for a room that late at night. The hotel should be dropped by all booking sites as far as I'm concerned for putting me in this situation.

Very noisy from the pitch noise. There was a water leak in the first floor that was coming down on the roof of the lobby. The fire alarm in the second floor was coming out of the wall and not connected.

The hotel needs regular maintenance, but it seems that when something breaks it doesn't get fix. Breakfast was good.

Not accommodating, I made a reservation for a double bed and was given a one bed. When I asked they said that’s all they had available and that they were at capacity. Not friendly

When checking inn we weren't given a key card, the person at the desk informed that they didn't have a key to give us, he called the security person to let us in to our room. I found that very strange and inconvenient.

I booked a 2 queen bed for the night, when we got there the guy at the front desk was complaining that they couldn’t find my reservation. I gave him all my info then he complained that ******* was a hassle to work with because he couldn’t charge me. He wanted me to call ******* to fix it. After many arguments and minutes he finally charged me then gave me a 1 bed room!!!! 1 bed for 3 adults, he told me that they were sold out. I requested more pillows and blankets it took 3 hours for me to get them. My husband asked for ice and was given a 12 inch block straight on his hand, nothing to carry it in. I literally just bursts out laughing. When we got back from our engagement there was 1 parking left next to the fence were there was a drinking party going on. We could have gone somewhere else but we were limited on time when we arrived and had no choice but to stay.

This property is very safe and the staff are very friendly the rooms are very clean and breakfast was delicious definitely come back

we have stayed here many time because it is close to my family in mexico , but everytime if is not one thing is another.

It was good be there, the personnel was very helpful all the time, in the reception, not too much smiles but accomplish the job, they don’t pick you up from the airport, the breakfast was ready with the chef on order, that means she was attending, it was good but not toasted bread that’s my only complain, the best part for me was the driver who make me a shuttle to the bus station, he was very helpful, I offer him a tip but he refuse so sweet, telling me buy something for your kid, I loved his service, and a very good driver. The only point to care was to much stuff on the way in the hallways around the hotel, the room was clean with enough to survive there😍!!!

It’s a cheap clean hotel with good breakfast included we just used it to sleep and shower where out and about allday
