"The young man who was at the reception desk on the evening of July 19th is not friendly at all. He has no basic education or even training for that position. He is the first face that guests see when they arrive, so he doesn't greet them, he doesn't smile, he doesn't welcome them. He limits himself to asking if there is a reservation, the name of the guest, giving them the key and giving them the room number. That's all. He leaves a lot to be desired in terms of kindness and friendliness. The facilities are good in general, except for the glass door at the entrance. A door with 2 huge glass leaves, which should be automatic, but they don't work and make guests open and close them (with a lot of effort) every time they need to enter or leave the hotel. During the 6 days of my stay, I had to drag them to open and close them every time I needed to leave or enter the hotel. It's incredible that they couldn't repair them, or at least leave them open so that guests could enter and leave easily and not have to struggle. That leaves a very bad impression of the hotel. The breakfasts were very tasty and well served. The waitress was very friendly, clean and well done at her job."
