Very nice Hotel in Mexicali that I have used for over 10 years. For about the last 4 years staff in front desk are unfriendly, rude like they don't want help. Need to hire staff with humanity skills.

Bad experience. Will not be booking here again. Was happy to hear they remodeled but disappointed with staff. Wife and child use restroom in lobby and they got locked in. Spent over 30 minutes stuckwhile 6 staff members couldn’t figure out the lock. No remedy was made for us for the bad experience. We won’t be booking at this location EVER AGAIN.
