The hotel was without water or electricity for a full day and the staff were not helpful whatsoever. I was traveling with a 2 year old and an infant so you can imagine how much more of an issue this was. I had no way to bathe them or warm their milk. My husband also uses a CPAP machine to BREATHE at night which obviously he could not use. They didn’t have a manager on site on the weekend which makes no sense since it is their busiest time. They would not refund us or give us a discount after we were without the basic necessities such as a flushing toilet and water to wash our hands! Terrible customer service. The bathroom was dirty and old. The bed had no sheets just a flat sheet thrown on top of a rock hard broken mattress. The bathroom smelled of sewage. It has no overhead lighting so it is very dark and difficult to see anything in the evenings. It doesn’t have a microwave or mini fridge. Please don’t waste your money. Stay somewhere else. The hotel looks nothing like their pictures.

First I arrived to an empty lobby .. waited for about 7 to 10 minutes before someone showed up ..
got to my room the room had a strong popurrí Oder . Not very present..
I noticed that one of the windows didn’t have a lock and brought it up to the front desk .. they moved me to a different room but made me feel like I was asking for the presidential suite.. it was uncomfortable.. I was told that they might not have any rooms available as they were booked .. but the parking lot was empty abd it was a Sunday .
Anyway I will not stay here again .

En general es una buena experiencia, lo único malo es que siendo Mexicali no regalen hielo y en vez de eso lo vendan. Fuera de eso es muy cómodo, seguro, céntrico, accesible , buen personal , la piscina muy limpia, y rapidez para resolver una reservación.

Me agrada en general, lo menos agradable es que el año pasado me alojé aquí mismo y la alberca estaba en reparación y para mi sorpresa un año después, sigue igual!!! Es demasiado tiempo!!!
