Avoid ground floor rooms due to noise of people coming in and out. Anything from floor 2 is okay and very nice.

This property is in a great location , close to restaurants and nightlife. However based on the rest of my experience I would not reccomend.
#1 this place does not have any AC , they should make that more clear. To be fair the rooms on low floors / not facing the sun do get cooler . However I was in the “ luxury penthouse “ that faces the sun for sunset and sunrise - while it was 80 degrees in Mexico. I could not breathe .
#2 no staff on site except security which is appreciated- but you can’t ask them any questions etc.

The property looked just like the photos and was fully equipped. It was close to a lot of great restaurants, bike and bus stations. You need to be let in every time by the security so I felt very safe. However, my room was on the first floor and very close to the front desk/security so I could hear everything when they talked. The room didn't have good noise filter so I was woken up multiple times on multiple nights, which very extremely annoying.

Mala experiencia en general. Es casi imposible comunicarse con los administradores. Me quedé fuera una noche y tuve que buscar alojamiento en otro hotel con este ya pagado porque nadie me abrió la puerta por la noche regresando de trabajar. No me reembolsaron nada y me ofrecieron una disculpa escueta. Pésimo servicio. Tenía otra reserva con ellos que he cancelado por
Lo mismo. Sería necedad regresar.

You will need to ask for extra towels and cleaning of the house when needed. It is not something that’s automatic.
