Johnny was an amazing bartender. Wonderful experience. He made sure we had a wonderful time at the bar at Wild Oscar and took care of us. He is very responsive and aims to please guests. He made our time at the hotel more positive. We would definitely visit again.

It’s kind of hidden, it is a little mysterious and maybe a bit quirky but, it’s very cool. It is well decorated and in a great location to get around and see Polanco. Staff were friendly and helpful and most had great English. We found the rooms to be well equipped and the small things like the soaps in the bathrooms were fantastic. Only small negatives were, the rooms are quite small, two people in there with suitcases makes it very pokey. The balcony areas are metal and transparent tip and down, so aren’t incredibly useful. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Stepping inside to the low lit interior, I felt immediately at home. My room had two terraces and lots of light and space. I could have lived in that white waffle bathrobe! And the shower! Of course the beds were like a cloud for a great sleep. Extras like minibar welcome drink and a full breakfast were all included! Giovanni was charming and extra helpful and Patricio from marketing was a joy to speak with. The rooftop terrace overlooks the surrounding skyline and some flowering trees. Thank you for providing desks in the rooms for us worker bees! When I am genuinely sad to leave, that’s when I know I really and truly enjoyed my stay. Well done!

Lovely hotel, super quiet— our room opened on the interior courtyard. Wonderful team at desk and especially in housekeeping. Breakfast was delicious but pricey— better value outside.

Our experience at the wild Oscar was nothing short of amazing. Johnny at Constance went above and beyond and we felt extremely cared for. Truly an exceptional experience. The rooms are beautiful, food is excellent and the service is superb. When we come to Mexico City next, we will stay here!

Excellent accommodations, a great location, and a friendly and helpful staff make this hotel a perfect choice for a stay in Mexico City. A great front desk made a huge difference in elevating my Mexico City experience. The scale of the lobby promoted interaction with other hotel guests. There was a sense of intimacy.
