El hotel es muy cómodo: muy céntrico. Perfecta su ubicación. Muy limpio, abundante agua caliente, y con un excelente servicio. Sin embargo, hay algunas cosas que no me han gustado: siempre me dan la suite PB5, que está frente al elevador; como la puerta es de cristal opaco, toda la noche hay luz. Pedí a la chica de recepción apagarla, pero me dijo que no se puede, porque es un pasillo que se usa toda la noche. Otra cosa: dicha suite está junto a la cisterna, por lo que toda la noche se escucha un ruido de caída de agua. Lo francamente pésimo es el internet: no funcionan ni los datos del teléfono (por lo arrinconado de la habitación) ni las redes de internet disponibles. Imposible conect**** a Youtube o Netflix: tienen las Smart-TVs, pero sin internet, es imposible. Finalmente, deberían considerar poner calefacción: el hotel es muy cómodo, pero demasiado frío en invierno.

El servicio y la ubicación es excelente.
La habitación tenia ventana más grande como lo había solicitado, pero no la podíamos tener abierta por que no tenía mosquitera, no pudimos dormir en toda la noche por que entre los mosquitos, picaduras y calor, nos fue imposible.
