We arrived on Thursday, and since that day we did not have hot water. On Saturday we stopped having water completely, during the morning. They were supposed to solve it, but until Monday, we never bathed with hot water. The rooms are very hot and the AC does not work very well. It cools a little, but it doesn't stop the heat of the room.
