Where do I begin? On a scale from 1 to 10, our stay was a definite 10. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Miguel and Gabriela, the concierges, helped us with everything from navigating Mexico City to booking hot air balloon rides. The housekeeping service was phenomenal—every time I needed bottled water, an iron, or fresh sheets, they were just a phone call away and always went beyond the call of duty. But one of my absolute favorites was Darien—I believe that’s the correct spelling of his name. He was working today, Monday, April 22. He arranged everything from my birthday dinner to the Uber picking us up, along with fabulous recommendations for restaurants, cafés, and sightseeing spots. It was truly a 10 across the board. We highly recommend your hotel and your incredible staff. This was one of the best experiences of my entire life, and we’ve traveled all over the world. I loved it!

It was our first trip to Mexico City and we stayed at Brick after recently becoming engaged. I can’t express enough how incredible the hotel it, particularly the service. I’ve stayed in ultra high end hotels all over the globe and this is one of my favorites. The staff could not be nicer and never miss a thing. I also appreciate that the hotel is relatively small so feel intimate and familial. We started in the rooftop suite (highly recommend) and ended the stay in their grand suite (highly highly recommend). I really can’t recommend Brick enough.

This hotel double charged me. I attempted to book on their website, but received no booking confirmation. I then reattempted to book and did receive a confirmation. When I checked in, they told me I had two bookings and charged me for both. I explained the situation and they have continued to insist on charging me even though I of course never had any reason to book two rooms. Do not book here.

This place is truly lovely! Great attention to detail, lovely team, amazing breakfast included in your rate, and great location. My husband and I loved the quaint and quiet feel of the place and truly enjoyed being in the heart of the city at the same time. Everyone was super helpful and our room was spacious, clean and overall fantastic!

The BrickHotel is a fabulous luxury boutique hotel. It is an amazing place to reside for your time in Mexico City. The rooms are wonderful. The service is great. The Concierge is incredible. Breakfast is terrific and its place in the Roma district is impeccable. We loved our time in Mexico City, especially because of how wonderful the hotel is.

Brick hotel is a luxury boutique hotel. It was one of the best stays I have experienced. Few highlights- - the location is very convenient. There are so many good bars/restaurants at walking distance. If you want to enjoy Roma this is the best place to stay - the rooftop suites are totally worth it. We used the private terrace a lot. Don't forget to have breakfast at the terrace at least on one of the days of your stay -we split our stay in between two rooms and both were very comfortable (came with their own personal patios). The minibar is very well priced and stocked with some great stuff - the service is amazing. Staff is very sweet and welcoming -don’t forget to try the spa, we got the aromas therapy treatment with scalp massages - the restaurant and bar serve excellent food and drinks (make sure you eat at the hotel at least once during your stay Needless to say we can’t wait to visit again :)

I rented out the entire hotel for a wedding this month. The service was absolutely top shelf. They delighted us in many ways, welcome gifts for the couple, surprise cocktails and flowers, helped make sure we got a massage by calling a staff member in. It was such a pleasant experience. Food was very good as well. very slick, chique hotel! highly recommended for luxury weddings
