What a great place to stay, conduct business, dine, and relax. The staff is simply amazing, paying attention to every detail. The food and atmosphere are inviting, delicious, and worth repeating. The rooms are very nice; the staff ensures little things are attended to. This is my new place to stay at in Mexico City for work and fun.

Was only one sitting at the lobby bar.. two bartenders .. asked for drink twice with no response . I do not speak Spanish and only English. Maybe that was the issue. Waited 5 minutes before leaving. Unfortunately here for whole weekend and looking at another option I guess dont expect 5 star service at a 5 star hotel

The St. Regis Mexico City offers a solid choice for anyone seeking comfort and convenience when visiting Mexico City. Positioned on the famous Paseo de la Reforma, the hotel is conveniently close to major attractions such as the Palacio de Bellas Artes and the historic city center. The accommodations at the St. Regis provide a comfortable escape with plush bedding. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

In December 2023, we traveled with my parents to Mexico City for their 60th wedding anniversary -- the amazing team at the St. Regis were exceptional in helping them have the best experience possible, and we were are thrilled with this absolutely incredible property! Our rooms were absolutely gorgeous. Everything we love about St. Regis hotels was on full display at the St. Regis Mexico City -- decorations for the holidays, unbelievable food in the on-property restaurants, rooms that bring the city you're in to life, and a concierge and management team like none other. I am so grateful for the pre-trip correspondence and support from Alejandro, Paris, Monica, Jesús, and César. In my eyes, this amazing group provided the best customer service possible to ensure our trip was as perfect as possible. They helped us plan excursions on two consecutive days with a private car and guide to maximize our time and minimize travel concerns. Just perfect. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and with a fantastic location in Mexico City, served as the perfect place to relax in between museums, historical sites, shopping, and other excursions. When we return to Mexico City, we look forward to returning to what we genuinely feel is one of the best properties in the world.
