The rooms are older, but the public areas are modern. The service is very good, especially the chocolate in the lobby is delicious. There are many places to eat nearby, and there is Japanese food in the hotel.

Safe, clean, and in a great location. The food provided by the customer service is good👍

We booked a double bed room. When we checked in, we were told that they could only give us a twin bed room after the reservation was finished. The room I originally booked included two breakfasts, but I ended up having to calculate the money several times, and things took a long time.

This hotel was recommended to me by an American employee (from Mexico) who went on a business trip with me. It is said to be the most famous hotel. Breakfast is the best. I think the breakfast is the best I've ever had on an overseas business trip. In general, everything is satisfactory.

Overall an excellent choice in a great part of the city. Safe. Friendly. Staff speak English. Immediate area very walkable. I’d stay here again. There is a fridge but it’s not too cold. Nespresso in the rooms. Service daily.

Lovely Ricardo Legorreta designed building with large rooms and a great location in Polanco. Very clean with a nice staff, I would be happy to stay here again.

This is my 5th stay here. Club room was great, newly renovated and better Club services. Wifi stinks. Staff spectacular. Blue Bar great but lousy music. Definitely coming back.

The property is an architectural gem designed by Luis Barragan. Stylish and very attractive.

Continues to be one of the best options in Mexico City. Not too high and solid (just 4 floors); important when it comes to earthquakes. They should install a soft light in the bathrooms not to be disturbed at night

Location is perfect for everything, safety area with plenty of restaurants around. Huge hotel and the food at the restaurant just perfect

Staff are all pleasant and attentive. Service in the Club Lounge at cocktail tour is excellent. Having fresh air from the room balcony is wonderful.

I like that is contemporary Mexican architecture, situated close to museums and Masarik avenue full of good restaurants I recommend it

the architecture is great, pool is very enjoyable. the only downside was that our mini bar wasn't working and the lighting in the room was very sparse.
