Muy acojerdor el hotel todo excelente, la ubicación excelente muy cerca de muchas cosas la cama excelente y las instalaciones excelentes el restaurante muy rico lo recomiendo al 100% excelente limpieza del lugar los aires acondicionados y todo funciona perfecto

This is a lovely boutique hotel. It is in an elegant mansion converted to an elegant small hotel in Polanco. The rooms are beautiful. Two blocks from the incredible Museum of Anthropologie and Chapultepec Park. Walking distance to high end shopping and restaurants on Maseryk Avenue. And a great small restaurant on site. We loved the place.

I liked the location. I liked the uniqueness of the hotel. The staff was awesome. There were ants in the bathroom. Lots of them. I should’ve received an upgrade and VIP amenities but did not. Wasn’t even offered. But a good stay overall.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Orchid House! The property's really colorful, the adjoining restaurant is a perfect place to 'gram, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating, even lending us the maids' iron. The rooms, like any in Mexico City, are on the smaller side, but they're really well stocked and we loved the beautiful, bright bathroom with the freestanding bathtub.

Mexico City is a style and food mecca, but the Orchid House Hotel reflects none of that. We were give an “upgrade” to room off the lobby where the only window opened on the entry way. The front desk was desultory and the breakfast was awful. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else in this fabulous city!

La casa es realmente muy linda, con mucho verde y ubicada en una gran zona. Hace mucho no tenía tan buena experiencia con el personal de un hotel. Realmente 10 puntos todo. Lo único que mejoraría sería el desayuno que incluye muy poco, y el resto lo cobran

It is a super cute place. Rooms are a bit small but super clean. Staff is VERY nice, breakfast was yummy! Location was fabulous!! We walked everywhere. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip! Polanco as a whole was an awesome spot!!!
