Nos gusta mucho llegar al hotel, es muy acogedor. El personal es muy amable con nosotras siempre que llegamos de visita, en especial Pablo, Diego y Rafa, quienes nos tratan con amabilidad y están al pendiente de que estemos cómodas. Ojalá todo el personal fuera como ellos.

Diego at the front desk was great, Jesus was a professional waiter, and Cesar a knowledgeable bartender. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Concierge team was also top notch. Food was delicious- breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Hotel Novit is great!

Este hotel para mi es muy especial, tengo casi 14 años viniendo y siempre me han tratado como si estuviera en mi casa, Al final, siempre han sido juntas de negocios en familia. Quisiera resaltar que hay gente que conozco ya hace muchísimos años y que hace que esta experiencia siga repitiendo ese día día cada vez que vengo a Este lugar, Como Juan Pablo, Jorge, Adán, El famoso MESERO Julio, Y muchos más que hacen de esta estancia, espectacular. Gracias a todos, ustedes por ser siempre de esto un 11 !!!
