Las señoritas de recepción con pésima actitud a la hora de brindar atención a los huéspedes. Éramos un grupo de 4 personas y fueron cero serviciales. Me hospede el fin de semana y al solicitar mi factura de dos habitaciones me dijeron que no me podían emitir facturas ya. En la ley de Mexico tienes 30 días para facturar después de tu consumo. PÉSIMO que no den facturas
