Pésimo servicio en varios aspectos, en ningún momento tuve una toalla para baño ni para manos ni de cualquier tipo, tuve que secarme con la colcha ya que nunca hubo un gerente para atender mi solicitud, nunca tuve agua caliente, para que el agua saliera al menos tibia necesitaba 40 minutos de abrir la llave de agua y lo peor de todo es que no hay absolutamente nadie que pueda atender mi solicitud, solamente en el checkout me dijeron que expedía lo resolverá …. Pido un reembolso total (tengo evidencia de todo lo que estoy escribiendo)
