這個酒店屬於中等規模，衞生 環境 服務都不錯。我住的五樓頂樓，缺點是沒有空調，白天太陽曬的屋頂很熱，室內温度高沒法睡覺，半夜才稍微涼爽。另外就是wifi太慢沒法使用。 附近沒有符合中國人口味的餐廳，酒店免費的就是一份雞肉玉米餅和咖啡，比較難吃。酒店前台可以説英語，酒店餐廳人員説西班牙語。

I had a great stay here. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Only criticism is the wifi was weak/unstable.

Mi llegada fue el día 31 a las 14:30 horas del día 31 y la salida el 01. en ambos casos fui atendido por la misma persona. CERO empatía de esta persona. no es la primera vez que me hospedo en este lugar y NUNCA había recibido tan mala atención del personal. ADICIONALMENTE estoy recién operado de prótesis de rodilla y el elevador que llega al estacionamiento NO FUNCIONA ESTA FUERA DE SERVICIO. como pretenden que en esas condiciones suba uno maletas por la escalera

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, queda cerca del centro era muy fácil y volver a llegar a el, manejan buenos precios en cuanto al los cuartos, la habitacion que mos toco estaba muy limpia y sobre todo muy amplia, en recepción muy amables todos 10/10. Mi familia y yo volveríamos a ir

Por el costo está bastante mal la habitación que me dieron, en recepción me dijeron que era habitación para una pareja y me dieron dos una habitación de dos camas, por el costo hay opciones mucho mejores. Algunas luces no prendida y algunos muebles se veían bastante viejos.
