The location is good, and the hotel overall is okay, mainly because it is more convenient and safe. But the hotel lobby, including the entrance, is very crowded, the facilities are relatively old, and the bath water is sometimes hot and sometimes cold

Poor customer service, no member rewards recognition hence no upgrade was offered, noisy rooms, poor shower maintenance. Mini bar is locked and was told once in the room after checkin, that a deposit needed to be left in order to unlock it. No attention to detail.

This is a well located Marriott on Reforma Avenue. The rooms were well maintained, but a little dated, and in my room on the 10th floor there was little if any exterior noise. I had a couple of very good nights rest here. The staff were very proactive in assisting requests and the restaurants are good, especially La Mansion. Only downside is the hotel doesn't offer a laundry service on Sundays, which seems quite common in Mexico, but is a little frustrating when you are moving around a lot. there are lots of nice little restaurants within walking distance

El check in fue PÉSIMO, la experiencia con el personal bastante lamentable. No nos dieron la habitación en tiempo y forma, tomaron el tipo de cambio súper elevado, cero recomendaciones o instrucciones para la estadía, todo lo tuvimos que averiguar por nuestros propios medios. No volvería, por el precio hay mejores opciones y con mucho mejor trato.
