Tenía que hacer una visita de 4 días a Ciudad de México y me hospedé en el Four Points con gran acierto pues el hotel cumple bien. El personal de la recepción muy amable y el restaurante estupendo. Habitación limpia y silenciosa (el silencio en Ciudad de México vale más que el oro) y con buena locación para salir a pasear. Regresaría.

A total pleasure to stay here - the staff are extraordinarily friendly, professional and helpful, my room was very comfortable, clean and new. I loved how clean and bright the bathroom is. Nice towels, nice soaps and nice lotion. Feather pillows!! The breakfasts were everything you could ask for. The hotel is well located and very well priced. Quiet. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again on my next trip to CDMX. And I must repeat - the staff were incredibly accommodating and terrific. Love this place!

Our extended family of seven stayed for one week while visiting Mexico City. Each room was spacious and newly furnished. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are updated. We loved that it is a quiet spot in a busy crowded city. The entire staff deserves a 5 star rating. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The front desk staff offered good and accurate information that was very helpful to first time tourists. The hotel is located in a wonderful walkable neighborhood. Close to museums, markets and Zocolo. There are many restaurants, parks, and shops near by. We would definitely stay here again.

Entré y ¡guau! quedé impresionado por el nivel de hospitalidad que me brindó Erika. Fue increíble la recomendación en cuanto a comida y bebida. Rodolfo me controlaba constantemente y se aseguraba de que mi moneda fuera increíble. Felipe se aseguró muchísimo de que mi experiencia fuera estupenda. Este hotel merece 100/10. Fue importante e impresionante.

I reserved a transportation service the night before and next day an short and skinny guy did not check the quote I had already and he sent a wrong company, they charged me the double what I was quoted, I checked out and they called me later when I was at the airport that they forgot to charge me more charges related to my room (it was the same guy) besides that guy service the other things are ok, restaurant doesn’t have any Mexican food and the manu is super limited.
