It's just average, personal objective evaluation:
1. This room has no air conditioning, don't come when the weather is hot.
2. The window of this room is an inner window, facing the living room of the apar**ent. The customer service chatting, eating breakfast, and going in and out in the hall can be heard clearly, and the soundproofing is not very good.
3. The room is relatively old and the hygiene is very average, just like the domestic hotel level.
Environment: However, at this price and location, this is it. The room has an induction cooker and a microwave tableware, so you can cook something yourself, but there is no kettle. It is close to Polanco, so I probably won't stay here next time.

No cuenta con aire acondicionado, mini soler etc, en época de calor es insoportable.
Se encuentra, cuando menos la primera que nos dieron, sucia con cBellls de otra persona el la cama, en el lavabo, y papeles de dulces en el suelo.
Se promociona como hotel, siendo un Airbnb precario, habitaciones sin casos para tomar agua.
El único punto a su favor que las dos personas que atienden una en recepción y otra en la a puerta multi usos con excelente dispicicion

La persona de recepción no solucionó mi problema no fue lo que yo vi en la página, AMI me tocó en 2 piso y a mi hija en el cuarto piso,cuando yo rente apartamento con dos habitaciones sala y cocina si hay cocineta pero sin trastes no había jabón toallas ni papel y de desayuno nada y agua una cuando éramos 2 personas en mi habitación.

Pros : breakfast in the morning was
included, tea, small bit of fruit and one omelet with a price of bread down stairs in the dinning room/ lobby
-big bathroom, good shower pressure and amount of hot water ( we didn’t run out)
They provided two bottles of water at veg in and also had a water machine downstairs
-really nice staff
-small balcony
-massssive king sized bed
-cozy lint to wait in for check in
-small gym room with a tredmil and bike

Cons:
- not much natural sunlight throughout the day
- early check in wasn’t available but they let us store our things and come back

La habitación tenía puertas rotas, no había toallas, no hacen cancelaciones, el desayuno es en pésimas condiciones y de mala calidad, hace daño, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto
