El hotel en general es tranquilo, las instalaciones estan limpias, su ubicación es excelente ya que tiene todo tipo de tiendas y restaurantes a los que se puede llegar caminando.
Un punto a mejorar son los jugos que se ofrecen en el desayuno incluido, ya que en lo personal no me parecieron buenos. Por lo demas, el desayuno incluido es muy básico, pero si hay más opciones disponibles de platillos con costo extra y la atención de todo el personal es excelente.
La habitación y su limpieza me parecieron adecuadas, pero no doy cinco estrellas ya que el colchon me pareció demasiado rígido para el descanso y habia un ruido molesto que esporadicamente se presentaba en el cuarto proveniente de un artefacto cercano al aire acondicionado.

Se debe de contar con espacios de estacionamiento específicos para el hotel. Personal del estacionamiento “ que pertenecen a la plaza comercial donde está el hotel” con nula amabilidad.

The staff were incredible from beginning to end. The room we had was big and perfect for a family. Nice views of downtown. Breakfast in the morning downstairs was good. Easy to get an Uber and cool restaurant we went too and taco stand walking distance.

La cama muy dura, solo 3 almohadas para 2 personas, el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y sucio, el mantenimiento pesimo, no volvere a hospedarme alli, diferente a otros de la cadena.

Esta súper, el único inconveniente es que no vimos afuera de la plaza ningún letrero refiriéndose al hotel, hasta después de darle toda la vuelta a la cuadra
