Great neighborhood in Condessa. Area was safe and secure. My only complaint was the bed was very stiff and not comfortable.

Beautiful property in excellent area. Especially loved the large windows and the two sets of shades (regular and room-darkening) that allowed us to sleep in. The rooms were not particularly noise-proof yet it was exceptionally quiet at night. Great shower pressure and bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Security guard always at the lobby. Area is beautiful! Safe! Many restaurants nearby within walking distance. Atmosphere of the Condesa area is unbelievably beautiful. My only issue was non-functioning A/C unit.

The hotel room and grounds were nice. However, the security gates were both unlocked our entire stay which made us feel unsafe. Additionally, the air conditioning units were not working and they only provided us one small fan.

This is our third time staying at the property and it is great! The location is prime and it’s very easy to get in and out. The room layouts are good!
However, every time we’ve stayed there, there’s an issue that is not properly communicated until you get there and question it.
This time was no AC available, only super noisy floor fans. Last time, there was no hot water.
Overall, it’s a good stay!
Management is friendly and welcoming.

Nice apartment hotel. Had all the kitchen things you would need but why when there are so many great restaurants in Mexico city. Comfy bed and nice shower.
Security guard in the lobby was friendly and helpful. Starbucks there also.
