Sofitel is certainly the best hotel in CDMX right now. The pool and restaurants are very, very, very good, the rooms beautiful and spacious, and the service is world class. Special thanks to Diego, one of the managers.

La pasé excelente,me gustó mucho el lugar estuve en el piso 40 y la vista es maravillosa,el servicio por parte del personal es excelente,el ambiente y la música muy adecuados obviamente nunca que decir de la excelente ubicación los felicito 😊

Excelente servicio. Gracias a Juan Carlos López por los detalles y la hospitalidad de su staff. Capuchino and crossaints Pool wonderful and views of the city are great! Really enjoyed a lot the trip because the place is excellent to come and both work and relax.

I had a very good business trip at Sofitel Mexico City Reforma. The amenities are excellent, as is the service and food. Ruben was very kind, providing carefully considered recommendations for places to visit in the city, as well as a very thoughtful gift of a traditional Mexican toy. Thanks for a great stay!
