In room 111 only 1 outlet worked, I literally had to take turns charging my cell phone, laptop and Apple Watch. I asked to borrow a hair dryer and it exploded and cut off the power in my room, of the 3 days I was there the power went out for 2, and in the morning and afternoon they spent their time hammering, I don't know what they were building but forget about sleeping don't worry.
The mattress was the hardest I've slept in in my life, in short I didn't enjoy the hotel... the only positive thing I highlight is the friendly cleaning ladies who cleaned every day.

Me encantó la zona en la que está ubicado este hotel, tiene absolutamente todo cercano y a la mano, es una zona segura incluso en las noches. La habitación estuvo ok, tenía buena limpieza. El personal amable y me gustó que cuenten con algunos tours para conocer un poco mas la ciudad. Sin duda regresaría.

De paseo por la CDMX y celebrando con amigos nos agarro la noche, busque en google este hotel y me pareció accesible. Sorpresa porque cuando llegue todo muy limpio, recientemente remodelado y con habitaciones muy acogedoras. Sin duda alguna en futuras ocaciones podría hacer mi reserva.
