Location is good. Staff is nice. The room however is small- I booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 kids but they didn’t prepare the sofa bed. I had to call them for extra sheets and towels despite booking for 4 people. Overall, it’s a good place to stay with reasonable price.

I stayed 8 nights here. The price was super high for such single room. No kettle, no security box, no water every day (you need to go to 1st floor to refill a bottle). There is no closet only a place with 4 hangers.The breakfast was included but sometimes there were many people making a line and you need to wait a lot. I have stayed at Ibis in all Europe and this hotel still needs to improve a bit otherwise should charge less money. What I paid was quite a lot for a single room. Please check your prices. Rooms in Europe are bigger and even cheaper. I am Mexican and I have stayed in many hotels. Please charge less. I would still stay here if prices decrease.

The hotel was very average and good only to spend the night as the room is small.
The location is great, just 2 blocks to one of the main avenues in Mexico City. Although the security guard said the area is safe, at night it doesn't feel like.
The breakfast was not special and limited options.
The hotel does not have a gym even though it says it has in the details.
