The hotel environment and rooms are great. It's very close to the embassy and very safe. Surrounded by villas in wealthy areas, you can ask the hotel to help you take a taxi when traveling, which is very convenient!

Carta muy limitada, mas bien parece una SNACK BAR. Hubiera preferido bajar al restaurante principal. No pude hacer uso de las facilidades de la alberca. Las sombrillas son demasiado frágiles, y como había mucho viento, no se mantenían en pie. Sugiero que las reemplacen, o en su defecto coloquen una lona mas resistente que proteja a los huespedes de los rayos solares.

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia desde el check-in, fueron extraordinariamente amables, me apoyaron con una cama extra de inmediato, la habitación era bastante grande, muy cómoda a excepción de las almohadas que estaban un poco altas pero nada grave, el desayuno buffet fue muy bueno, mejor que en muchos hoteles y con muy buen servicio. El hotel está nuevo y muy bien mantenido.

Habitaciones grandes pero ya lucen viejas. Por la tarifa que pagamos hay mejores opciones. El bufete de desayuno muy malo, nada de sabor ni variedad. El servicio de restaurante bastante malo, los meseros tratan de no verte para no atender. Check in y check out, bien.

gracias por responder a mi soicitud de limpiar la regadera, ya que estaba llena de sarro y no salia el agua. La cafetera siguio sin funcionar. las puertas de closets no cierran bien y las luces se quedan prendidas todo el tiempo. diario colgaba mi toalla para que no se la llevaran a lavar y si se la llevaban, eso es deperdicio de agua.
