For a hotel which was rated at 4 stars, the rooms lacked a/c, a refrigerator, a heater, a kettle and extra blankets. When i asked for some ice, i was told there was none available, only hot water. I wouldn't return to stay there again.

The hotel in general is good since it is very close to the zócalo the room is a bit small but nothing to ruin it the shower is very good the hotel is new and the breakfast is good it is very good the only bad thing was that the receptionist gave him my same room to another person and he opened it and it was uncomfortable and annoying and curiously the person who gave it to him was the employee of the month apart from that everything was fine I would return to this hotel for its price its location and breakfast

Well located and beautifully designed hotel.
Ideal to be able to visit the city and be able to rest.
Breakfast is fine although the dining area is small.
The staff is helpful and friendly.
The rooms are very fair in size with hardly any space to leave basic things. The sink is inside and it is uncomfortable.
Many rooms have a window only in the bathroom
No inconvenience is relevant enough to not recommend staying at this hotel.
