El hotel es hermoso, muy cuidado, las habitaciones muy grandes, tienen 2 ambientes y una cocineta completamente equipada. Sugiero solo mejorar un poquito el desayuno incluyendo alguna proteína como huevos cocidos, todo es dulce no hay ninguna opción salada. El personal muy servicial y amable y la ubicación excelente si tienes actividades en el sur de la ciudad.

Awesome Stay and always a pleasure!
Property is a historic building that has been tastefully remodeled. Rooms are fantastic and beds comfortable. New dining room menu was delicious , at least what I tried. Nice continental breakfast each day. Staff are lovely and very efficient with front desk agents who speak excellent English. Neighbourhood is safe to walk and Parque Bosque de Tlapan is 400 ft away.

Cons
- I did not perceive that the quality of the hotel was a small Luxury hotel of the world
- They do not have vegetable milks
- Breakfast is continental (it is not specified anywhere at the time of booking).
- The gym is too small, if there is another person it is uncomfortable to use it, plus it has practically no equipment. It seems like it was made to “meet” the amenity.
- They do not have essential items such as rakes or gel.
- They give water in small water bottles like Hotel One.
- The value for money ratio is much better at a Holiday Inn hotel (I paid about $1,800mxn). Larger rooms, better amenities and often breakfast included.
- They do not know the billing issue with *******. They have not been able to generate an invoice that I requested since I reserved and paid for the room. There is a lack of training in this regard with staff.
- You can hear all the noise from outside and from other rooms.

Loved the property and the staff. Building is a gem and has been remodeled in a cool and stylish. Rooms are very well appointed and the bed was super comfortable.
Dining area has some nice options and a**osphere and is reasonable.
It is a hidden gem very close to the running/walking trail at Parque at Bosque de Tlapan. And speaking of hidden, the sign is visible from the road but you have to look for it. Apple Maps and Waze will bring you right to the front door!
