Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio.
The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis!
The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul!

Marquis Reforma is a wonderful hotel to stay at while in Mexico City. The location is the best part. Right in the heart of Roma, you can walk around to all you want. Tons of people are out walking, going for runs, walking there dogs. I felt safe the entire time in the area. I never used a car to get around. Always walked.
The hotel itself is great. Wonderful and cheerful service. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The bed is very comfortable.
I had such a wonderful time staying here and will definitely book again in the future.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff and service was excepcional. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved the couples massage my husband and I had. It exceeded my expectations. The food was also delicious at the italian restaurant. We had a clericot, lasagna and octupus. I would definitely recommend and hope to soon return again.

Excelente atención por Pedro y Víctor muy amables en todo momento y pendientes de las necesidades llevábamos un bebé y le dieron juguetes el lugar muy recomendable, la comida muy rica, nos atendieron rápido y muy bien 👍 además de una excelente ubicación

El servicio de Jorge y Carlos fue excelente! La comida estuvo muy rica, yo pedí los huevos motuleños y están muy muy buenos, es una experiencia muy agradable de principio a fin. La cecina con chilaquiles también está muy buena y la ubicación está justo sobre reforma, que si vas como turista o para pasar un fin agradable es muy conveniente. Muchas gracias!

Excelente estancia en el hotel. Como siempre, me hicieron sentir en casa. En La Parrilla el equipo formado por Joaquín Sánchez, Alexander, Gustavo, Carlos y el capitán me atendieron de maravilla. En recepción Susana y el equipo siempre atentos a lo que necesitara, y en Concierge don José Acero, Abraham y Javier me ayudaron siempre qué se los pedí, con una sonrisa y una gran actitud. Monica Alvarez y Angelica Villalobos siempre al pendiente, cuidando todos los detalles y haciéndome sentir muy apreciado. Gracias a tod@s y nos vemos muy pronto.
