The hotel is located in the historic center, which is ideal for getting to know the city. Cleaning turned out to be excellent. The staff was very friendly and willing, with special mention to the reception staff both upon arrival and upon departure. As for the restaurant staff, they can improve organization and coordination at breakfast, where we believe they have the potential to improve and offer a completely satisfactory experience.

The air conditioner in the first room we stayed in tripped and there was no air conditioning. The maintenance was not good. When I moved to another room, there was no air conditioning. The wind blew out, there was no air conditioning, and there was no window ventilation. When I asked for a replacement, I was told that there was no other way. This is the second time I have stayed here. I felt bad when I checked in in 2019. This time I felt better. I don’t know if the room I stayed in this time was of a higher level. But their service staff are really slow, and they may not be able to deliver it within half an hour😅. But the location is really good.
