It was great staying at Sonder. The area is very safe and there is always a 24 hour door person at the door. The app is very user-friendly and even offers neighborhood local places to go, eat, drink, sightsee. You get your own key code for entry into the building and into your room. The kitchen is equipped with everything (even though I didn't cook) but it had full set of plates, silverware, pots, pans, microwave, even a Nespresso bar with capsules. When I ran out of capsules, I messaged Sonder through the app and later that day, they brought me more. The king size bed is very comfy. Bathroom felt very luxurious. The living room is spacious. It was a great stay overall, and I would stay here again. There is a small and and nice roofdeck. There is a laundry room, although I did not use it.

It is modern and good styled apar**ents where you can find anything you want to stay in new place. Leaving here was really comfortable without any problems except one - unexpected maintenance in neighbor apar**ent. But sander fixed problem rapidly and I can’t say that sander isn’t client oriented place. definitely nice place which I can recommend for family.

There was a small issue with my first place and they quickly upgraded me to resolve the issue. I also became sick during my stay and they quickly responded and continued to check on me, they really went above and beyond. Would recommend!

If you want a smooth stay in Mexico City, this is the place to stay. They have an app That ensures seamless Check-in, wifi, customer support. Cafes and restaurants close by. Beautiful private terrace, drinking water, laundry - ebrytbing is provided.

Terrific place that's competitively priced (you'll get more here for less than you'll pay for an AirBnB these days. Located on a busy street but you won't hear a sound in the apar**ent. Situated near Condesa which is awesome. Very nice and helpful staff.

We stayed in La Condesa Sonder. It was a beautiful clean building in a great location. Walking distance from restaurants and parks. Short Ubers to any other locations. Clean apar**ent with amenities in the building, we did our laundry for free (well equipped with detergent and baskets). Security is 24/7 in the lobby. Our room had a smart tv, a/c (though with the open balcony is was breezy already), and gorgeous bathroom. The only thing I can say is the shower head isn’t great. The shower head was the only bummer, after hours of walking it wasn’t great to come back to a low pressure and not well functioning shower. Other than that, absolutely great stay

Nos encantó quedarnos en un Sonder, el fácil acceso, la limpieza, la comodidad, todo. La seguridad del edificio super amable, pudimos llegar más temprano, usar sus lockers y disfrutar de la ciudad hasta que llegara la hora del Check In.

Really fantastic apar**ent, nice finishes, plenty of space and a very well equipped kitchen. Fast wifi and smart tvs were a nice plus as well as the free laundry facilities. I was on the 2nd floor and was a little worried about the street noise but it was well insulated while still having a nice tree top view. I'm planning on going back for a month and hope to stay here again.
