Las personas de recepción y servicios son muy amables, es un hotel con un buen concepto, pero las habitaciones son muy ruidosas. Lo pensaría dls veces antes de regresar.

El servicio de recepción es excelente, te atienden my rapido, la habitación en excelentes condiciones, remodeladas, solo la calle donde se encuentra es inadecuada por las noches, por las mañanas el ambiente vuleve a la normalidad.

Certainly seemed safe area and possible to walk to tourist attractions. 15 minute walk to a Metro station. Some decent cafés very close.
Downside was the decor - over-cluttered communal areas. It was trying to be quirky, but just succeeded in being ridiculous. Didn’t help either I was on the 7th floor and one elevator was out of action some of the time. Even on the seventh floor, the street outside was a little noisy.
I liked the security system.

Other hotel give you the room before the time of the check in. We ask 1.30 hr before. And for the check out other hotels trust we waste another 10 min to leave the hotel because the revising of the room, reception needs to be kindness. Beds are comfortables, and batroom. The concept of the hotel is interesting but needs more space to put everything together.
