The most beautiful room we’ve ever stayed in - - distinctive art, fascinating furniture, super comfortable bed, and huge bathroom. And we loved the truly exceptional service helping with so many suggestions 😄 Plus the location is a fabulous way to explore the wonderful neighborhood!

I adored this hotel! Our room was spacious, clean and charming. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our entire stay. The neighborhood has a ton of shopping & restaurants and the hotel is in the middle of it all (yet on a quiet block). I will definitely stay at this property again when I’m back in CDMX.

An amazing little hotel in the middle of the Roma District, within easy walking distance from our favorite restaurants, including Rosetta and Meroma. We stayed in the Halo suite, very tastefully decorated and with a wonderful luxurious bed and bathroom. Highly recommended and surprisingly quiet during the night.

The hotel feels more like a bed and breakfast than a luxury property. Location is good and the staff is great…very responsive and professional. But the overall vibe is 5 out of 10. Very very disappointing breakfast. ROSETTA no longer does any service at all and the La Valise offering is embarrassing. Clients should know that the great ROSETTA is not involved. NOW: Little bowl of fruit, yogurt. Bad bread and / or tortillas from the supermarket. Terrible coffee. At this price point there should be a voucher for a nice breakfast / espresso nearby. Neighborhood is filled w/cool, delicious places doing great morning service. Or they should figure out a kitchen set up. Or tell guests exactly what to expect. I was pretty shocked at what was delivered to my room. Owner needs to fix this.

Excellent stay at La Vallise in San Miguel de Allende! A great location on a quiet pedestrian street, stunning architecture with even more stunningly designed rooms. A little paradise in itself within the heart of the town. Our extra thanks and appreciation goes to the wonderful team! Especially Louis and Carlos but also each member of the team went out of their way to give us a top-notch experience. Their heartfelt hospitality, warm and welcoming, made our stay extra special.

Fantastic boutique hotel property in Roma Norte. Very comfortable small hotel with great service. The hotel lacks real common areas, however the rooms are spacious, and staff very friendly and responsive. Linens and Bedding are all top notch and consistent with a 5-star hotel. Great location.

Excelente spot en la mejor zona de la colonia Roma. Muy bien cuidado, limpio, todo excelente! Gran lugar para escaparte un fin de semana o para quedarte un par de días para conocer la ciudad. Fueron muy detallistas al comentarles que estábamos festejando un cumpleaños.

It’s a charming hotel in a vibrant neighborhood. My room (Luna) was large and lovely. A very nice bathroom, too. The towels, sheets and bathroom products were very nice. Each of the staff members I met were friendly and helpful! It makes me super crazy that Trip Advisor has a minimum word limit. I really don’t have anything else to say. It was lovely.
