Buena Atención por parte del personal, las habitaciones están bien en el hotel utopía, pero en los baños pueden mejorar, tarda mucho para salir agua caliente, los precios del restaurante son exagerados… 300 pesos por 2 copas de vino Don Simón!!
En la mañana hacen trabajos y se escucha el ruido exterior, creo que está bien solo para estancias cortas.

La tv de la habitación no funcionaba, varias veces comentamos y solo decían que ya iban a arreglar, la última vez fueron y dijeron que nos cambiarían de habitación, que juntáramos las cosas en lo que iban por las llaves de la otra habitación y nunca volvieron

Sin señal en la televisión, la habitación con mala higiene encontré untencilios de higiene bucal usados
Y restos de papel en la sala y lo peor la falta de agua caliente por la noche el agua estaba congelada

We were guests in the Utopic Hotel in Mexico City March 19-March 16, 2024. We were impressed by the very understated, contemporary, sleek, but comfortable boutique hotel and its staff. The rooms were spacious, clean and very attractive. The staff friendly, responsive and attentive. Our only complaint (sort of) was the challenge of navigating the many light switches in the suite and the bathroom. It was almost comical, but a small concern. Perhaps younger, more tech savvy patrons would beg to differ. There is a small, but adequate gym and the hotel is adjacent to a health food store and cafe. The hotel--- in Roma Norte--was very well located and close to parks, restaurants and dozens of cute coffee shops. We were easily able to venture to other parts of the city using Uber/cabs. All in all, we would stay there again should we return to Mexico City.

Les cuento q debía tener una estancia corta (4 horas) para decansar y seguir manejando salienndo muy temprano por lo q necesitaba lo mínimo necesario y mi sorpresa fué q a las 4 am mi habitacion no tenía ni toallas ni agua caliente.

Cuartos en pésimas condiciones, se escucha todo de los otros cuartos, hasta ronquidos idas al baño todo, no hay internet no van y limpian las habitaciones. No sale agua caliente casi nunca.
Un desastre. Lo único bueno que tienen su restaurant
