メキシコシティには2軒リージェンシーあり、
一軒は値段も評価も高かったが、新しいということでこちらを予約。
リージェンシークラブを利用したかったのでスイートを予約したが、
チェックインの際trip .comとホテル側で連携が取れておらず、予約が完了していないと30分ごたごた、、
結局この日は近くのWTCでイベントがありスイートは全て満室、代わりにクラブルームなら空いているが、リクエストしているキングではなくツインしか空きがないとのこと。。
仕方なくアサインされた部屋はクラブフロアの14F、広いけどバスタブなし、洗面所と部屋を仕切るドアがちゃんと閉まらないなど、本当に新しいのが疑問だった。ホテル名リニューアルでは？？
掃除もあまく、ゴミ箱にゴミが残っていたり、食べ物のカスが落ちていた。
ラウンジの無料の朝食はお粗末、カクテルタイムも人がまったくおらず、乾燥したチーズやハム、デザートなどが置かれており、残念な感じだった。
ジムもチェンジングルームなし、シャワールームなし。
スパは開いているのか分からない状態。
近くにスーパーあり、バスが目の前で便利。

Overall I really liked this hotel. However, please note that one side of the building faces another building which is really like a wall—it has no windows on that side and is only a few feet away from the hotel. So if you have a room that is facing that building expect to have almost no sunlight as the building is so close and blocks the light and completely blocks the view. They likely give guests who book through third party sites like Orbitz rooms that face this building. So my recommendation is that you ask when you check in if the room has an obstructed view and if it does ask for a room facing a different direction—otherwise don’t be surprised if you’re in a “dark cave”. Otherwise the hotel is pleasant with nice staff and very clean/new.
