It's the worst. It was a night flight, so I arrived at 10 in the morning, but check-in was at 2, so I was told to come back, so I left my luggage and wandered around for 4 hours in a tired state. Only then did they say that there was no room reserved and one person showed me a room that looked like an old gosiwon and moved to another hotel. He said the absurd thing to go there with a calm face. There was no elevator, so I had to carry my suitcase up the narrow stairs. In the end, I moved to another hotel, but that place was also the worst. I trusted Trip.com and made a reservation, but my week-long trip was completely ruined. This place. What should I do if I post it????I felt like I was trapped in a refugee camp.

I didn't spend a single night at Zócalo Rooms. When I arrived they didn't realize I had a reservation, and they didn't have a room available. It was a waste of my time.

I don't understand how ******* works with these types of places. Just on the day of the reservation I arrived to stay and they told me there was no room. In exchange, they offered to give me accommodation at Alameda House, which is more secluded. When I commented that it included breakfast, the irresponsible people at the place only laughed at me and failed to tell me that breakfast has not been included for years, which is why they offer false things on the page. I paid in cash to have my reservation reserved at Alameda House because I was going to arrive late but safe, to which they agreed and charged me, contacting the manager of the other place to let him know. When I arrived at that place, the employee on duty came out who had not been told anything and had no place for me. This happened around 11 at night, the time when I expected to get to rest and when I had to look for emergency accommodation. It is not worth making it easy for them to simply say that there is no place, without resolving their ineptitude. The snide attitude of the women in charge makes me think that they already knew this from the beginning. That speaks of the quality of their service and the lack of commi**ent of those who promote them. There is definitely no seriousness.
